National and international employees
and volunteers from across the country and from around the world work
together as one team to care for and educate the poor.
This truly is a no-nonsense, cost-effective program that seeks to break the poor out of poverty; of the current 14 full-time, paid employees in the program, 8 are graduates of the program themselves. As teachers, counselors, a receptionist, doctor, and administrative and maintenance personnel, these Guatemalans form the program's core. They are enhanced and complimented by the program's national and international volunteers, on whom the program depends. The photo's are clickable.
